- You’ll start out this month learning what the trends are telling us about what our customers are looking for. Then, identify ways to apply what you’ve just learned to your own business and see what the potential for growth is.
- Do you know what the costs are to get new customers vs. keeping your existing customers happy and therefore, coming back for more?
- You’ll receive a handy worksheet to help identify how your business is finding your customers and to begin to analyze what the retention rate is. Once you know this information, it’s much easier to begin to respond in new ways.

Perfect: Who is your ideal customer?
- Do you know who your ideal customer is? How would you know it if he walked in the door? What would she look like? What would they want? What are their preferences?
- You will be challenged to analyze, identify, and picture your ideal client, that person who fits perfectly in your business. It’s the client who lifts your spirit, is a perfect match for your product, your service, and you.
- Plan how to communicate with that ideal customer so that he is fully satisfied. What messages will you give her so she shares and attracts new customers?
